If you are a school owner, instructor or in the trade we can give you a trade account (subject to approval). Trade customers can:
- see all prices at trade value
- show VAT on invoices
- use the instructor's area and forum
- access trade only products
So what do I do now?
- Fill out the registration form - make sure you have added a valid contact telephone number, address and your email address
- enter the details in the Trade Account section
- We will receive your application and contact you for proof of trade status - we would love to just be able to take your word for it, but if we did then everyone would be a trade customer!
- Once we have verified your trade status your account will be unpgraded immediately
If you have not registered yet please do so because we need you to be a registered user before we can give you trade status. You don't need to have ordered anything, and you don't need to add any payment details yet.
If you are an existing trade customer then all we need from you is your customer account number.
If you have already placed an order with us before requesting trade status (and it has not yet been processed) we will adjust the prices to reflect your status.
